Mr. James Wolf has over 30 years of experience providing business and legal guidance to emerging companies, including ten years in the renewable energy space in California. Mr. Wolf has powerful entrepreneurial instincts that have allowed him to recognize and capitalize on new market opportunities in a variety of industries. Mr. Wolf is co-founder and General Counsel of APS-IP Development, a next generation waste-to-energy technology company. Mr. Wolf is principal of Golden Pacific Ventures, sponsoring EB-5 investments for foreign investors in the U.S. and conducting roadshows in China. He was also co-founder of CompuWizards, a computer solutions startup with 90+ software professionals. In his private legal practice Mr. Wolf has advised, drafted, and negotiated documentation relating to securities offerings, business operations, technology, and human resources. Mr. Wolf is a graduate of Georgetown University (BS Foreign Service) and University of California, Davis (JD & MBA).
Mr. William Reilly has over 30 years of diverse experience in successfully managing the marketing and promotions, risk management, planning, business development, operations, capitalization, and executive management functions of a variety of companies. Mr. Reilly has provided executive leadership and strategic planning for organizations in many industries. Mr. Reilly successfully provided technology planning, project management, and large-scale systems development at AT&T Wireless. As CIO at BellSouth Wireless Data, he positioned the company to support an eight-fold increase in customers and the launch of major new services. While at Caliper Group, a technology consulting practice in which he served as a founding partner, Mr. Reilly completed major projects for the merger of leading global bank / brokerage house JPMorgan Chase including worldwide technology consolidation. Mr. Reilly also completed consulting assignments for leading technology companies including Microsoft. He served as the VP Business Development for Boomerang Mobile Media during its successful startup. Mr. Reilly was CEO of FLM during the successful launch of the wireless industry's first made for mobile world-wide content brand with global distribution. Mr. Reilly co-founded and served as CEO of Content Asia Network (CAN), the first U.S. company to launch an Asian mobile television series. Mr. Reilly served as President of IES (International Environmental Solutions) during the company’s reorganization and asset sale to APS-IP Holdings. Most recently Mr. Reilly has been a partner in APS-IP Development focused on developing renewable energy projects around the world. Mr. Reilly has a BA degree from NYU and an MBA from Baruch College in New York.
Mr. Bill Shinkle is a California native who grew up in the San Fernando Valley. Mr. Shinkle has over 30 years of experience launching and managing a number of successful businesses in multiple industries. Mr. Shinkle has a deep level of knowledge of both the agricultural and horticultural industries. His family nurseries have provided vegetable and herb plants for retail outlets, while growing flowers to satisfy customers all over the Southwestern U.S. for over 50 years. Mr. Shinkle has been a primary vendor for landscape design and plantings for most of the major Las Vegas hotels, Coachella Valley golf clubs and Rockefeller Center in New York. Mr. Shinkle also owns a transportation logistics company based in Nevada. Mr. Shinkle is the founder and owner of Tranquil Heart Vineyards in Riverside County, California Tranquil Heart Vineyard and Winery. Tranquil Heart produces premium international award-winning varietals of world-class wines from his 100% organically grown grapes. Most recently Mr. Shinkle has developed a strong presence in the California renewable energy sector, successfully accomplishing major business development goals for APS-IP Development. Mr. Shinkle has extensive real estate holdings in California.
Mr. Martin Kluka previously served as a Business Director for Commercial-Trust ltd. Since 2006 Martin has worked in crude oil transformation technology development. Since 2012 has also worked extensively in waste management development and renewable energy resources management in various countries in Europe and Asia. Martin graduated with a degree in business and economics. He has extensive knowledge of organic chemistry sciences and technology. Mr. Kluka is an expert on pyrolysis and related technologies. Mr. Kluka resides in Prague and speaks five languages.
